Our helpdesk receives at least 1.25 million incoming calls and raises approximately 620,000 work orders per annum, providing:
- A one-stop shop for all contracted FM needs
- Full proactive management of all tasks logged
- Dedicated client site contact number with additional executive line
Each line is answered with appropriate personalised salutation - A system that has been developed by our in-house specialist software programmers and, as such, is fully flexible to meet specific needs i.e. supplier SLA attainment, budget management levels and key business process drivers.
Core hours are set to accommodate business specific requirements, ensuring that our specialist team are available when required. Outside of this, our own 'Out of Hours' team will give full support by delivering all aspects of the service.
