Budgetary Control

Close financial management and reporting are embedded into the FSG day-to-day processes and procedures.

Once agreed with the client, budgets are proactively managed via the sophisticated helpdesk works management system.

Budgets for pre-determined periods are loaded into the system with pre-set flags working on real-time data, to give the earliest possible warning of approaching budget constraints. For example, a flag can be set at £10,000 below the budget for the period and would alarm immediately once achieved. This allows for proactive notification and action to ensure restrictions can be placed on works until the commencement of the new budget period.
