- Reviews of existing scope, cost and innovation opportunities
- Undertaking of a cross-section of site surveys, including service levels and frequency
- Appliance of an intelligent portfolio overlay that reflects the client's property strategy
- Liaising with the client's technical and operational sponsors for review and sign off
- Identifying likely cost savings
- Tender / negotiations with appropriate contractors, limiting the number of providers to ensure maximum volume leverage
- Mobilisation in partnership with client as "One Team"
