• Appliance of an intelligent portfolio overlay that reflects the client's property strategy
• Liaising with the client's technical and operational sponsors for review and sign off
• Identifying likely cost savings
• Tender / negotiations with appropriate contractors, limiting the number of providers to ensure maximum volume leverage
• Mobilisation in partnership with client as "One Team"
