FSG Compliance Team - An insight into some of the team members
Andy Ball - Operations Manager Mechanical and Electrical
Andy’s role is to ensure customer focus is maintained within the M&E area of the Compliance department, whilst encouraging innovation and continuous improvements within the team. Andy supports the facilities teams in the delivery of the services and implementation of strategy, ensuring a flexible approach is maintained. Andy also oversees the following areas: HVAC, Planned/CFC and ISV/electrical contract managers
Kevin Cossey - Operations Manager Commercial Gas Services
Kevin has over 20 years experience in the gas service, maintenance and installation industry and extensive knowledge of statutory requirements and regulations within the gas industry.
Kevin’s responsibility is managing large teams of highly skilled technicians for a variety of
National clients providing a full and comprehensive range of gas related services. These services include; installation, reactive and planned works for all types of heating, hot water and commercial catering equipment. Kevin is supported by a team of experienced Regional Managers with strong technical abilities.
Iain Pryce – Electrical/ISV Contracts Manager
Iain heads up a team comprising of team leaders, administrators and field service managers delivering electrical compliance and PPM including, Periodic Electrical Testing, PAT, Fire Alarm and Emergency Lighting to our clients via a national network of directly employed engineers.
Gavin Shaw - Contracts Manager HVAC Department
Gavin manages the HVAC Department to ensure a high quality service is delivered to our clients at extremely competitive rates. Gavin manages the admin team in the office as well as the engineers out on the road. Gavin carries out work inspections on the engineers to ensure a high level of work is maintained, performs site surveys to design HVAC systems and generates quotations for new or replacement systems and PPM contracts.
Nick Greef – Health and Safety Manager
Nick’s role at Facilities Services Group is to advise and support the Board of Directors with regard to the health and safety responsibilities that they hold for the company and its employees.
Nick also reviews and monitors the health and safety policies, procedures and health and safety management systems to ensure FSG complies with both best practice and our regulatory duties; this includes advice on changes in legislation and any lessons learnt from accident and incident investigations.
Daniel Thomas – Operational Account Manager falls under reactive and compliance
Daniel's role entails performance management of key accounts, reporting, process control management and account growth. The role allows FSG to highlight any ways to improve the operational service delivery and tailor its model to work in line with that of the client. Daniel is there to ensure that FSG and the client are working as one. Daniel has sound in-depth knowledge of the business and worked his way up from the Helpdesk and covering Escalation/Team Leader Management to Mobilisation Manager prior taking on the role of Operational Account Manager. Daniel has worked with a wide range of FSG clients including Starbucks, Debenhams, Gondola and Swinton.
