Facilities Services Group Steps Up Reactive Maintenance

 

National property maintenance provider Facilities Services Group (FSG), has strengthened its business to meet growing demand for its reactive services, delivered to 11000 client sites across the UK.

 

FSG’s reactive arm of the business has introduced a new Scottish Office in Bathgate, near Edinburgh, and established new field-based operating teams nationwide, headed up by operations managers and contracts managers - who oversee a team of 160-180 directly employed tradespeople.

 

Clients benefit from a single point of contact, with calls handled through FSG’s Managed Solutions dedicated operations centre in Aylesbury - which manages more than one million property maintenance calls per annum.

 

FSG undertakes the prompt delivery of clients’ reactive building fabric requests, as well as statutory compliance requirements involving heating and ventilation, electrical and gas works - and building fabric repairs.

 

The business processes provided by Managed Solutions enable the delivery of a unique service, including integration with client account systems, production of financial and operational reports - together with the actual delivery of reactive and statutory works.
