Legal & regulatory compliance

Working closely with our clients, we have robust management systems in place for planned and regulatory works, including real-time access to certification via our web portal 'Festoon' and exception management and reporting.

We will provide the client with a monthly RAG status report of all works identifying areas of risk and next management actions.

We will work with the client to ensure:

• We understand your planned maintenance strategy and current supplier arrangements
• We understand your legal and regulatory compliance status and current supplier arrangements
• We load all required future visit dates into our works management system, 'Festoon'
• We manage your suppliers to ensure that they are delivering their contracted obligations escalating as necessary
• We receive and upload certificates and worksheets onto 'Festoon' for real-time online access by all authorised personnel
• We work closely with you, upon budget approval, to manage remedial works identified following all contractor attendances.
