Facilities Services Group has robust management systems in place for planned and regulatory works, including real-time access to certification via our web portal 'Festoon' and exception management and reporting.

We can provide the client with monthly status reports of all works, identifying areas of risk and next management actions.

Working with the client we can ensure:

• We understand their planned maintenance strategy and current supplier arrangements
• We understand their legal and regulatory compliance status and current supplier arrangements
• We load all required future visit dates into our works management system, 'Festoon'
• We manage works effectively to ensure that any statutory requirement is delivered within period ensuring you are compliant all at times
• We receive and upload certificates and worksheets onto 'Festoon' for real time on line access by all authorised personnel
• We work closely and, upon budget approval, manage remedial works identified.
